CADE seeks a full time Manager of Grants, Operations, and Administration to join the organization's team. This is a senior professional position supporting/reporting to the Executive Director (ED) and working in close collaboration with CADE's bookkeeper.
CADE is in a time of growth and is in need of a highly organized Operations Manager able to wear multiple hats (as is common in small nonprofits) to handle a range of organizational functions-from grants management, to assisting the ED and bookkeeper with finance administration, to HR, to operations and general administration to keep the organization running smoothly.

Cannabis Operations Coordinator
Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality, while also ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all aspects of the facility's operations, including but not limited to, cultivation, production, packaging, and distribution in collaboration with Cultivation Manager.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all cannabis products, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
Represent RVG at industry events including some sales, networking and education about the RVG brand, products and NYS Adult-use Cannabis Industry.
