(9 hours of in-person training)

Location: Sidney Area/TBD

Beneficial to new, entry-level, and apprentice supervisors or team leaders, from any industry; plus individuals who aspire to be supervisors.

Topics that will be discussed in this training:
• What is Leadership?
• How does it differ from management?
• Building Relationships with people in a supervision role

• Personality Styles in Leadership
• Employee Reviews
• Problem employees and what to do

This training usually has a price tag of $300 - $400, but CDO Workforce s offering the training to individuals and businesses for free.

The free training does require individuals to complete a registration form. One year of prior work experience is required.

This training will be June 26th, June 27th, June 30th 9am-10:30am. All attendees who complete the 3 training sessions will be offered the opportunity to complete a certification exam.

All attendees will need to be enrolled with CDO Workforce.
