Course Description
This 8-hour course is designed to be delivered in 4 segments of 2 hours each. The course gives the attendees an advanced foundation of management skill learning. The course engages the attendees in analyzing and using thought leadership and application of these ideas within company applications. Several actual company examples will be used to help in the attendees better understand the approach and attention required for good supervisory skills. The students will be provided with copies the slides used in the class.

ASSEMBLER - BTW
Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift, generally 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Schedule: 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed
Builds sub assembly and complete forklift assembly, using hand tools, power and precision tools.
Starting Pay Rate: $13.84/hr.
0-2 years of experience. Good team skills, consistently good attendance and willingness to learn are required.
